Key Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Sourcing
    You will help identify and engage potential candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and outreach platforms. Sourcing candidates from a variety of channels will ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Recruitment Support
    Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with senior HR staff. Your role is to support the hiring process and help streamline it for better efficiency. 
  • Candidate Communication
    You will maintain positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process by managing follow-up communications, answering queries, and ensuring all candidates feel valued and informed. 
  • Onboarding Assistance
    Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including helping with new employee integration, and ensuring that all the required information is communicated in a timely manner. 
  • Market and Opportunity Research
    Contribute to research initiatives aimed at identifying growth opportunities, industry trends, and emerging recruitment practices.  
  • Stakeholder Outreach
    Assist with engaging potential clients, business partners, and external contacts to explore collaboration opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders will support the company’s growth and open doors for strategic partnerships. 

Requirements: 

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about the HR field and eager to contribute to our team. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • An interest in HR and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global work environment.
